My artistic research is guided by what I describe as the mystery of the one and the many—the relationship between individual presence and collective imagination. The work begins with the immediacy of sculpting from life, then extends into questions of psyche, myth, and transformation. I explore the figure and portrait as extended metaphors for human experience, moving across scales that range from larger than the human body to the intimacy of jewelry. This shifting of scale mirrors how perception itself oscillates between intimacy and vastness, and invites material experimentation that opens dialogue between process and meaning.
